Bus Stop

I have long been attracted to using challenging and unique materials, especially if they are found.

While walking in Bushwick, Brooklyn I discovered someone had smashed the local bus stop to pieces. The mounds of glittering glass inspired me to clean up for the community, rearrange them into something new. Memorializing its overlooked beauty. Since, I continue to pick up glass to protect our sidewalks.
