RCAD partnered with Join the Pipeline pioneer Tara Seidel in her initiative to recruit more female and diverse representation in the Private Equity sector. Positioned as the first of its kind, the digital space was designed to engage visitors in an exploratory fashion to promote education and curiosity for the industry. The website and comprehensive design system serve Pipeline to preach the truth about gender inequality in Private Equity and promote current leaders within the diversification of the field.

Join the Pipeline’s honest yet brutal data often taps into the popularity of humor in the social media realm. By using memes, popular culture, Tiktok, and Instagram, RCAD and Join the Pipeline amassed a following of 12k in one month of release. As lead designer, RCAD’s work spanned strategy, branding, motion media, experience design, and the build of an interactive website based on the core concept of diversity. The bold and responsive website was developed as an online space to cultivate a new set of more diverse investors, where they can foster an understanding of the industry through job boards, resume reviews, and peer mentorship.
