During RCAD’s time with Merge, a fast-growing API software company, the focus was on building both the tangible and digital design systems that supported its marketing success. As an in-house Visual Designer, Webflow specialist and UX/UI designer, RCAD collaborated closely with the Head of Design, CEOs, and C-suite staff to create a cohesive brand presence across website, digital ads, sales decks, and physical assets such as booths, apparel, and printed materials.

RCAD played a central role in driving +1,250% growth in website traffic during one campaign, propelling Merge to the #1 spot on Product Hunt for a day. Beyond design execution, RCAD educated colleagues on design principles and digital prototyping software, ensuring that the team could carry forward best practices.

RCAD, early on the track to gain art therapist liscencure, also served as lead organizer and host of the company’s annual all-staff variety show, reflecting Merge’s culture of creativity and collaboration.
