Therapy Works NYC is a private practice in Brooklyn, NY treating anxiety, worries, depression, mood, adjustments, transitions and behavioral difficulties. Therapy Works supports families, couples, adults, adolescents and children. In 2026, Therapy Works and RCAD collaborated to rebrand the business and create a more established identity.

Care was given to each detail of the branding and website build. Attention was given to calming colors, incorporating collabortive feedback from the business owner, and creating an accessible website that accurately conveyed the message of populations the practice theraputically supports.

Therapy Works created a brand voice and identity that was trustworthy, sincere, vibrant, welcoming, and classic. RCAD crafted a one-pager and guidline booklet for future branding direction, colors, typography and incorporated the identity into the back-end of a Webflow website build that created a cohesive wfront end desing that represented the care and thoughtfulness of Therapy Works NYC.

The brand identity and website represents being welcomed into the space, and given the opportunity to grow and spread one's wings with the capacity to take flight and hold the self with strength. The three birds represented in the logo are house sparrows, common in NYC, non-native highly adaptable bird. Sparrows resemble resilience,  joy, community, and freedom where birds can represent the bridge between conscious and unconscious mind, and transcendence.
